Good News!! Changes in Oklahoma Law reclassifying felony drug possession and grand larceny into misdemeanors now also allow sealing and expungement of previous Felony convictions for those offenses!!
Oklahoma has changed the law for simple possession of drugs and for Grand Larceny (Theft) charges. Previously, simple possession of most drugs was a Felony crime, and 2nd or subsequent possession of marijuana was a Felony crime. In addition, the dollar limit for theft charges was raised substantially from the old $50.00 threshold for a Felony. These charges can now be sealed!!
If you have an old Felony case for simple possession of drugs, 2nd or subsequent marijuana possession, or grand larceny, you are NOW ELIGIBLE TO HAVE YOUR OLD ARREST AND COURT RECORDS SEALED AND EXPUNGED!!
